Service time was great, customer service was as well. But with what I paid for the car and service plans / warranty, I was not happy to see that the simple engine and cabin air filters would have cost me an additional $150.

I arrived at my appointment time and it took them 3 hrs and 15 min, just to begin looking at my car. The repair took about an hour, so at maximum, I should have been at the dealership for two hours. Instead I was there 6 and 1/2 hours. You need to fix the system of just collecting all these cars in the morning and getting to them when you can. If you are going to do that, then don't make appointments unless you are going to honor them.

Yeah, just want to say I’ve been bringing my vehicle in to get the one. Armor coating applied every six months since I purchased the vehicle and this is the first time the quality of work really showed. Great job!

It was not organized and should not take 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. If the costumers are expected to wait, Right Toyota should do a better service by limiting the number of appointments.
