David was great! I know that you were shorthanded and he was running around trying to make sure that everybody was taken care of. I had to wait extra long in my car before they took it back, but the service itself took not too long.
Took over 30 minutes to get my vehicle checked in, while I watched 7+ vehicles that arrived after me get checked in without delay. Apologies were made citing there were only three service writers on duty. Never had a delay anything like that happen before. Quite annoying, but everything else went well and David M was very professional once things got going
David was prompt and got my car serviced properly.

I bought a Dodge Challenger there I made an appointment on the phone to get my check engine light checked and when I got there they said they can't do it why didn't they tell me that on the phone cuz I would have went somewhere else because I only have one day off to do it. Plus I've been trying to find my warranty because I don't have the paperwork everywhere called every single number called you guys and nobody can help me but give me numbers that keep making me go in circles I'm so frustrated with you guys

Service time was great, customer service was as well. But with what I paid for the car and service plans / warranty, I was not happy to see that the simple engine and cabin air filters would have cost me an additional $150.
