Chris is always very professional, courteous and friendly. Chris always answers my questions and my cars have always been in great shape as a result. Our first Toyota service was quite disappointing. I was told I had no appointment, when I did. Orlando seemed put off and was not friendly. When we came back to pick up our car, Orlando was outside on his phone. We waited by his desk for several minutes before someone else offered to help. It was just a doozy. I’m not looking forward to our next service.
