I will start with saying I’m usually very impressed with the service advisors at Right Toyota. Michael told me my car would be 2.5 hrs for an oil change. I got there at 11:19am and was checked in at 11:30. I left at 3pm after I told him my car was a fleet vehicle. I have been to Right Toyota many times for oil change with the same car. I didn’t think it was something I needed to mention again because it would be on my account (always the case in the past). Michael was clearly very annoyed at the situation. One of his co workers came up to ask him a question and he snapped at him and said he was busy dealing with this and had another car he had to check in. I get everyone has a tough day. But, he never once mentioned the inconvenience. When I came in to check on my car he said it would be ready no later than 2:30pm. He knew I was waiting in the lobby because I had been since 11:15. Instead of coming in to get me, like every other service advisor I’ve ever had, he called my phone. I didn’t get the call so he walked in and said I called you. Your car is ready. He then left. I followed him to his station, but didn’t know where I was supposed to go, as my car wasn’t out front and he didn’t share where I needed to go. I saw the line of cars, you guys are always busy. But, I think you also likely care about your customer service folks. Today was not a great representation.

Derok wasn’t my adviser it was Panda. Dropped off at appt time 8am for just and oil change and waited. 9:45 called Panda because no update. Recieved voicemail to use text which was with Derok who was off. No response. Went to desk at 11am panda said truck was done. Ticket showed completion 9:45am meaning I was waiting and hour and 15 minutes while truck was done. No apology, nothing. I could tell they knew they screwed up. Sorry Service!!

This is the second time I have picked up my car with red lights showing and will have to return to have it turned off. Otherwise the service was fine.
