I thought that you would give me a courtesy wash like I got with my Infinity. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t you want a car or truck coming out of your dealership looking spiffy and classy for others to see.? For what I paid for my Crown Toyota Platinum I could of purchased a Lexus which I was borderline to buy as there customer service offers more fringe benefits on services. AND never waited 2 and a half hours for s lube and tire rotation. Don’t know whats going on but not good!

Rodger was out of town though no fault of his own I was completely ignored when asking the rest of the team what the status of my vehicle was. I called Right Toyota five times total asking for an update and was told each time that someone would get back to me. This error meant that my truck was there for 5 extra days. It wasn't until I called an uber to the dealership and looked someone in the eye I got the response, "huh, it's been done almost a week". I am extremely disappointed that all it takes is one man being on a Christmas vacation for the rest of the service department to be unable to return a phone call

I had an absolutely outstanding experience servicing my car at Toyota, thanks entirely to Lucas. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lucas took the time to clearly explain everything my car needed, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure I felt confident and well taken care of every step of the way. His honesty, efficiency, and friendly attitude truly went above and beyond what I expected, and it made this the best car service experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucas at Toyota to anyone looking for top-tier service

When I left the service station in my vehicle, the front tires felt strange, I figured it was because of the tire rotation. I drove .8 miles to Scottsdale quarter , parked, and took a walk. When I returned to my parked vehicle, the front right tire was completely flat. I called the service center and waited for 50 minutes for someone to come get me. They brought me to the service center and I was in a unable to rent a car. I was left there and had to order myself a uber home because road side assistance could not tow me to my destination because it was too late and the gate would be closed, at the service center, that’s what my roadside assistance help told me. This is the third experience in a row that I’ve had with chris under 30 days, where I have left the service center with another problem with my vehicle.

David was excellent!!!! He is super to work with. Everyone is friendly and customer oriented. If the dealership wants constructive feedback, here is a little. My appointment was at 7:45 and I was there on time. David told me it was going to be 3-4 hours. When I scheduled the oil change, tire.rotation an 1Armor, apparently the 1Armor is not coordinated, at all. So David was great and got it ordered. I left the service area finally at 1:15 p.m. it seems that 5 and 1/2 hours is an extradordinary amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was in the waiting room, I got a text that I was all checked in. Then a little while later I got a text that I missed my appointment. 1) fix the service appointment 1Armor coordination. 2) figure out why it takes 4 hours to do complete an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. 3) the new summary report was blank that was sent in a link. David was super helpful and printed me out a copy. Thank you, David is super, but the rest of the experience, not so much. For a dealership that is constantly calling, texting, emailing and mailing me postcards wanting my business and wanting to buy back my vehicle, I hope you can improve the service side of the business. I have one more prepaid oil change and tire tire rotation but I am nOt sure I will be back. Thank you, Larry Kirch

I had to wait over 3 hours for completion of my 10,000 mile service. I am certain this was not the fault of my service advisor, but felt the wait was not acceptable. My service advisor was very apologetic. Additionally, I am new to Toyota, but was quite disappointed that a car was not offered or available. Every other dealership I have experience with has offered this service.

Junior continues to be a great person to work with re: my 2018 4-runner. He is genuine and will clearly explain what was diagnosed and help prioritize repairs, when appropriate. I typically wait while my SUV is being serviced. When a repair was identified last Friday requiring four additional hours, Junior immediately arranged for me to access a courtesy rental — much appreciated. Betsy Kuzas
