David was actually Great! However the time frame which was about 4 hours, seems out of his control! Why give appointments if the car will not be worked on until hours later!! I think the actual work on my car only took about an hour! You had the car for 4 hours!! Not sure this is acceptable!

Zero communication from anyone. I asked that the reverse light recall be taken care of and nothing was done.
Jr went above and beyond today. He got me in and out quickly, explained what services I was getting, and even scheduled a shuttle to pick me up to get back to the dealership. Very satisfied with my experience and I'll definitely return to see Jr for my next service.
I was very pleased with the friendly efficient quick service today. It usually takes around 1 1/2-2 hrs to get an oil change. Today I only had to wait around 40 mins.

Will come and speak with the manager about it. I’m not happy about what exactly happened. I did not expect that at all. I was assured everything will be taken care of when I dropped off my Lexus and I made sure with Right Toyota exactly what I was wanting to get done and explained my issue. Before picking up my car I went over details of things to make sure I was understanding exactly what is working and what isn’t bc I had to pick up my car and apparently it wasn’t done . There is more to explain so will do that in person . But I am extremely upset that I paid for something that is t even working at all. . I basically paid and my issues isnt even fixed. Mr Orlando is a nice person but I am not happy about payment I made for sensors. I request for the manager to call me at ****-****-xxxx . Thank you ! - Triveni R
My Service Advisor, David Banda, was incredibly professional. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what the priorities were with my car. I felt he was very honest and most hospitable. I would like to work with him again for my next maintenance check.

I would have preferred a call to discuss doing some of the recommended services rather than just putting them all off until next time without asking me. I also didn’t get the “maintenance required” alert reset on my dashboard. It makes me wonder if they actually even rotated the tires, changed the filter and oil at all. The car was ready in less than an hour. Did they just change the sticker and lie to me?
