The wait in the line to see a Service Mgr was over 30 minutes which was excessive. Once I saw David Marentes the Service went much faster and I was very happy with David and the Service experience.

It's unfortunate because I had a great experience with Joacob and your sales team. I still have not received all my IOU's. What I was promised post-sale has been difficult to get with your service team. I have made four seperate trips due to poor communication with your team.
