Stop with the '80s rock music blaring in the waiting lounge at 7:00 a.m. Stop accosting your customers by sending out a senior manager who won't identify himself as an employee, but stops to ask, "How's your day going? Are you having your car serviced? What kind of car?" etc. WTF. We move to the outdoor patio and he later approaches us with same line out there, oblivious to the fact that he already questioned us. So, stop harassing your customers. Stop taking twice as much time to service a car as you initially promised, and charge 10 percent more than your initial estimate. And tell your sales personnel to stop hawking up phlegm and spitting into the gravel five feet from where we were sitting on the patio. For Christ sake, were your employees raised in a barn?? Enjoy your two-star review on social media.

Cody's customer service is the absolute best. As long as he is my go to person for my truck I will continue with right toyota. My only complaint is in pricing, I was going to purchase 5 more oil changes and maint for 50.00 but was told right toyota made the choice to raise the price, sad.

I am thankful that they were able to fix my car quickly today but was not expecting to have an oil leak the day after my service visit yesterday. David Banda was very quick in getting it fixed today.

It took 4 hours to get my tires rotated and a recall fix. I dread having service done at the dealership. I spoke to several people in the waiting area and the length of time it takes to get service completed was a main theme in every conversation.
