I would like to thank you for the "outstanding " report! I was 8 deep on 2 lines. Your greeters were at my car in 2-3". Mr Browning greeted me an took possession of my vehicle. At or around 45" he came to find me that my car was serviced and ready...great service!! FYI or suggestion. I had a previous dealership that would wash and vacuum on a visit. Jus saying. My back window wasn’t going up all the way. I checked in at 9:15 & not until 1:15 p.m. did they say they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have the parts to do so 4 hours to hear this was just to much

Not the friendliest at all, by phone AND in person. Dismissive and not a bit of eye contact. I felt like I was an inconvenience. If you hate your job, maybe don’t make your customers feel it. There are plenty of other Toyota service departments around. (Prior to purchasing this vehicle I was taking my old car to Christian Brothers. Their customer service was phenomenal. You might want to pay them a visit and learn how it’s done!)

Unfortunately the alarm system put in the truck was expensive and to get 2 new remotes and program them to work, was $300. That’s a big expense for me, but I had little choice. The service advisor was on it right away and I walked to get Breakfast and the installation was done before I finished eating. Very good and I’m happy with everything that happened.

Waited over an hour once car was finished - was surprised and frustrated with the lack of communication. Was there almost four hours and my car was not even washed.

Was there an oil change because its not listed in the things that were serviced and I thought there was an oil change.
