Not the friendliest at all, by phone AND in person. Dismissive and not a bit of eye contact. I felt like I was an inconvenience. If you hate your job, maybe don’t make your customers feel it. There are plenty of other Toyota service departments around. (Prior to purchasing this vehicle I was taking my old car to Christian Brothers. Their customer service was phenomenal. You might want to pay them a visit and learn how it’s done!)
Unfortunately the alarm system put in the truck was expensive and to get 2 new remotes and program them to work, was $300. That’s a big expense for me, but I had little choice. The service advisor was on it right away and I walked to get Breakfast and the installation was done before I finished eating. Very good and I’m happy with everything that happened.

Waited over an hour once car was finished - was surprised and frustrated with the lack of communication. Was there almost four hours and my car was not even washed.
I spent over $2000 on service, you guys could at least wash
the car before pickup
