David was very thorough and took his time explaining all the things involved with setting up an engine swap for our 22 Tundra. Had to reschedule once due to weather related issues and found a time for service. He’s a good guy.
I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve had. I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment and experienced poor communication, missed promises for updates, and shifting diagnoses.
I never saw Cody Once and I told the rep that did helped me that if he could please notate to tell the mechanic NOT to put the sticker that tells you your next oil change on the front windshield because I have a special ceramic window tint on it that get damaged when you put those stickers on it. I know because I had to pay $600 to get it replaced and sure enough they did put the sticker on the front windshield. Do better
The Light is coming on my truck telling me I need maitrnance. How can your technicians miss that? I don’t know how to release that. Those little things is what makes a difference. Driving down the freeway and in my big screen CALL YOUR DEALER. What a distraction TOYOTA!!!

I was told my appt was going to take 2 hours. After 3 hours I sent a message that was never responded to. Finally I went to find my car. My service manager would not look me in the eyes. He went and got my car and never went over the service document. As I was driving home I received another service alert to bring my car in. When I got home, I looked at the receipt. Service was completed at 1037. I received my car at 1200.
Although your technician could not find a fault with the Blind Spot Monitor, the problem still persists.

I advised Christopher that I couldn’t stay longer than an hour because I had an appointment at 8 am. He told me it would only take an hour to get my truck serviced. I waited an hour and 20 minutes and my vehicle was never serviced. I wouldn’t have mind waiting, but I had other things to do. When I told him about it he disregarded and ignored it. My vehicle wasn’t even getting worked on the whole time. Horrible experience.
