I like Micheal Soukup. He's a cool guy. I will say, folks in your service department aren't up to speed with service providers that you partner with. The whole Sunbit financing was a complete fiasco. It was embarrassing, to be honest.

Original request was back in December when I stated I also wanted a balance and alignment. Associate told me it was not needed. Weeks later I returned as I stated that I needed those done as the steering wheel was pointed slightly right. I dropped the suv at 8:15am and didn’t leave until a little after 1pm. Waited 5 hours for a simple alignment. With no one checking in with me during the waiting time.

We had to wait over 20 minutes when we arrived for our advisor and then it appears our car was ready for over an hour before we were contacted. And we had to make a third appointment. 1st one was for the 10,000 mile check where we were hoping to get a broken visor fixed and the recall. But we were told they could not do it. 2nd one was for the recall and the broken visor and we had a car detailing appointment. But we’re told after we arrived it would be several hours so now we have to come back a third time for the car detailing appointment. We were are not happy with the service we received.
