I had a battery issue where my battery needed to be replaced on my new 4Runner purchased from Right Toyota. I attempted and was not able to secure an appt before the end of the battery warranty and missed the warranty period by two days. I was charged over $300 for a new battery and tried to speak with management, who has been non responsive.

I purchased my vehicle from another dealership and they tried to fix my entertainment system twice with no luck. Right Toyota seems to have fixed the problem. We've only had it back for one day, but the entertainment screen is working properly. Thanks!

Enrique was very helpful. And kept us informed. It was great that he also spoke Spanish so my mother could understand . The young man in the valet that got our car also offer to replace the battery of the key fob for free which was a nice extra. Thank you

Tim has been our service advisor for about 20 years. We trust his advice 100%. Tim is the reason we left camelback Toyota for Right Toyota. David usually works on our 4Runner . Thanks to those two our 4Runner is going strong after 23 years and almost 240,000 miles. We don’t take it anyplace else. Thanks Tim and David for the years of dependable service and advice!
