Lucas was friendly and easy to work with. In the past I’ve dealt with rude and condescending service advisors at this dealership. Lucas was far more professional than the previous advisors.
I had a battery issue where my battery needed to be replaced on my new 4Runner purchased from Right Toyota. I attempted and was not able to secure an appt before the end of the battery warranty and missed the warranty period by two days. I was charged over $300 for a new battery and tried to speak with management, who has been non responsive.
Tim is the best! I have trusted him for many years now to service all of my vehicles purchased from Right Toyota. He is very trustworthy, kind, and honest.
