I came in for an oil change and it was noted. I should have a fuel flush. I agreed to it on the basis that it would take about an hour. My car was in the shop for an additional two hours, and I was at the dealership for over three hours I had to cancel another appointment at $100 cost to me and the discounts I received on the bill wasn’t near the hundred dollar discount that I needed to stay home totally dissatisfied customer
You NEED to update the waiting room furniture!!! It’s very uncomfortable, outdated and in very poor condition.!!! I’m very surprised this hasn’t been updated in the 21 years I’ve been going to Right Toyota!!!! And add a bigger TV
Jackson went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. He even helped me find a replacement part that wasn’t part of my original work order. He deserves high praise!

So the reason I had to come in was because I had gone someplace else originally and they couldn’t get the cap off because it was on the tub and they told me I had to take it back to where you were to get the cap off and so we took a fact so I made a appointment and I had a way two hours and then it ended up costing me $110 and that was with a coupon. I don’t understand what $110 for or it was a really inconvenience to me. I think you guys did that on purpose so you knew that my Toyota car was back was up and you just wanted me to come Back and I don’t understand why it was so expensive
