Cody, as always is great to work with. Explained what he could when he could and was apologetic. Waiting almost 4 hours for a tire rotation and oil change to happen when I had an appointment and was told on arrival that it would be maybe an hour and 45 minutes, was not. I get a busy day, but appointments are appointments. If you are over booking yourself that bad, then you don’t know how to schedule and it makes me question using other dealerships or garages in the future.
$190 diagnostic for you to only tell me you need another $1700 for a part n installation. On something YOU deemed was an outside source cause, which I do not believe.
I've taken my Toyota here for service, since purchasing it in 2021. The service person, Enrique, was polite and professional but the young lady who initially greeted me to ask for my information was not polite in the least. She seemed annoyed that she had to collect my information. This is the first time I've felt unwelcome at Right Toyota. If this happens again in the future, I may have to consider taking my car to another dealership, one that is closer to my home. I've always valued the professional personnel there but today was not the same.
As soon as I pulled up to the service area, the process was simple and pleasant. I was greeting by 2 men + David with kindness, eagerness, and professionalism. I'm so happy that I made my purchase through Right Toyota and to continue to get the exact service I got when I bought my car.
This is the worst car customer service experience I've had in my life and it's not close. I've now spent $3,000 on repairs and I am no closer to having my situation resolved. I will be escalating this as far as needed until Toyota makes this right. On top of it all, I was told that I did something to the vehicle in the 13 days from the time it was first repaired to the time it broke again. So now I'm being blamed for a Toyota issue. I expect far, far better especially having been a loyal customer for 10 years.
Roger Terp has provided excellent service as my service rep. This included when my car needed an emergency service and then the usual continued intermittent maintenance. Thank you Roger.
