Derok was great and easy to work with! He greeted me on the service drive and got my Tacoma checked in. Took care of my 10k service and was finished with the service same day. Very great service experience!
I was notified electronically of a malfunction and told to bring my Tacoma in right away only to find out they did not have the part to fix it. Now I have to wait for the part and come in again.
My assigned service agent went out of his way to ensure my car was ready the same day!
Roger Terp is great. I had no issues with him. My issue is that I had an appointment set for 0930 to have my front breaks replaced, dropped my truck off….waited until about noon before I was told that they couldn’t get to my truck until after lunch and that they would credit me a free rental. I then waited around town until about 1630 in the afternoon before my truck was done. Changing two breaks should have taken, tops, 2ish hours….waiting 7 hours is ridiculous, which also caused me to get stuck for 45 minutes in traffic, trying to get home, that I should have avoided if my truck had been serviced on time. Either Right Toyota needs to hire more service techs or figure out a solution because that was unacceptable. I would like to thank Roger for the free rental. Again, Roger was not the issue…the dealership is the issue.

I was there for my appointment at 10:15 for 95k mile service for my RAV4 prime. 2 hours later I receive a text with all the extra stuff needed with no information on how long it would take. I was at your facility for 5 hours! I tried calling David twice and texted also, but the only time I got information was when I personally tracked him down. After spending $1600, I expected a bit more responsiveness.
Thank you for adjusting the passenger seat sensor on my ‘21 Highlander. I don’t think the safety recall intended that ANYTHING that was placed on the front passenger seat would set off the sensor and force me to drive with the seatbelt buckled in just to make it shut up!
The purpose of my visit was to get a second key for my 2024 Tundra. The appointment was scheduled in consultation with your team so they had sufficient time to order the key. My truck was with your team for 6+ hours before they informed me that they couldn’t find the key they ordered and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. The service tech I spoke with was completely unapologetic and just shrugged when I mentioned it was a big inconvenience to be without my vehicle for the day and to have to do this all over again. I expect more from Toyota. I’ll make sure to visit a different dealership in the future.
