Enrique was fabulous and did a great job for me. The new AI generated communication system was FRUSTRATING to use. I was unable to SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON and get important questions answered, like, "is it OK to drive my truck to the shop with the check engine light on or should I have it towed?" Being UNABLE to speak to a service manager for important questions was both frustrating and disappointing and makes me think a small mom and pop shop that still answers their phone is a better way to service my vehicle.

Lucas was knowledgeable about the recall impacting my Crown Signia, explaining how the process would work in addition to my routine 10K service check. He went above and beyond to speed the process and to schedule my shuttle home and back. He communicated effectively and was extremely respectful and helpful. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful with today’s service. I did find out per the app after I left that there is a recall on the automobile and I wish it could have been handled while I was there. I’ll have to schedule another appt.

When I scheduled my service at Right Toyota, my text messages had me booked for your Claremont Toyota location. I had to make a few calls and the lady at Claremont made the corrections and scheduled my service at Right. The actual service went perfectly at Right.

David was amazing! He explained everything clearly so that I knew exactly what I needed. He was upfront with the prices and communicated with the technician about any of my concerns or questions. This is by far the best service I've every received from a Toyota dealership.
