I don't have time for surveys. It's tax season and I have enough to do. Christopher Browning was great to work with and fixed my car to great satisfaction! Save yourself the effort of sending me a survey. This is a busy time of year with taxes and I choose to opt out. Thanks

Very unsatisfactory service !Today service was for 5 k oil change and tire rotation and without reason they change the settings on my bord fixing a Trip A,without reason and also they change the radio settings and also AC settings! The service by Derek Roach does not provide me a written Vehicle Inspection Report.He said that is on message,but he didn’t explain me where to find that report on my phone ! I was looking and I wasn’t able to find on my phone that report! He just accused me that I refused to do that work on the hybrid system! He didn’t provide me the accurate information about that Vehicle Inspection Report to make me to agree with that work! I had before a Toyota Prius hybrid and I didn’t need to do anything for hybrid system when I had the same mileage around 65k. I was not pleased with the service and affected my trust!

I had a 10:30 apt and my car was ready at 2:00 pm with just an oil change. This is not good service.

It's a pain to sync tire pressure . . .when you guys rotate my tires you didn't match the air pressure- front left and rear tires are lower than the right! The other thing is, svc took more than 2 hours, after being told 90 minutes. Plus, when the tiny woman gave us our truck back she didn't even return the seat and steering wheel back to the position we had it . . .thought that was careless . . . I couldn't get in, because she moved it way to far forward and dipped the wheel down. These details matter.
