Mr Roach very helpful he told me about a car service plan that would save me money for services on my car! But experpland it in detail for me to understand. He all so was right about how long it took to get my care Serviced! Roach was happy check me out & said isn't this easier than the other old way of paying the bill! Yes it was faster for sure! Thanks for helping he get the best service ever Roach & Toyota day ????‍♀️

It was not a good experience. No one came in the lobby to tell me my vehicle was ready. They texted but I did not have my phone with me. I told them that I had to get back to work. I own a concession business and I had a sporting event at the school that I had to get back to instead, I wasted an extra 40 minutes or so sitting there, not knowing where my vehicle was and why I was taking so long after he told me it was only gonna take 20 minutes. Then when I checked out the guy that checks me out, says that my car is in the front something in the meantime, I have no idea what he’s talking about. I’m searching for my car. I ended up having to have two people luckily Cody was out there and he was wonderful. He helped me find my car. Then when I turned on the vehicle, the bracket light was still on for the tire they had just replaced. I had to park my vehicle again and walk over and I spoke to Cody about it and he came out and looked and he said that. sensor must’ve been broken and they should’ve replaced it, but it was gonna take two hours so I told him I’m too busy in my business right now to make an appointment right now. I’m gonna have to do it when I can do it next week. The whole thing was asinine. I have bought probably 25 vehicles at your dealership right now. I have three vehicles that we’ve gotten recently from you all under my name and I also want to say that my warranty only expired two weeks. Ago and instead of helping me out and putting it under the warranty or fixing away, they gave me a slight discount which I did appreciate but it really annoyed me that a they couldn’t help me further with the new tire and then the whole fiasco today was just ridiculous.

Lucas was fine. My displeasure is with tire inflation. When I arrived at 7:15 a.m. it was 51 degrees and my four tires were showing 34 lbs. This was appropriate to the cool temp. When I left at 8:00 a.m. my now colder tires had been inflated to 37 lbs. and the temp showed 53 degrees. This is overinflation. Later in the day, with temp now at 70+ degrees, my tires were significantly over inflated showing 40 lbs. I shouldn't have to make further adjustments after service at Right Toyota. It makes me wonder how accurately my service work was completed, and if my inspection report is correct.

I had a great experience at Right Toyota today. I was greeted promptly the moment I pulled into the bay, and the staff made the check-in process incredibly easy. I was impressed by how fast the turnaround time was, as they finished the work much sooner than I expected without sacrificing quality. The entire process was smooth and professional, making for a truly positive visit from start to finish.
