David is always awesome! He makes himself available to answer my questions and concerns, and is always pushing for the best outcome for me, the customer.
Whoever serviced my car did not put air in tires even though one was reading 30psi and 2 at 34psi when I brought in.
Still reading at those levels, so I know they didn’t even look.
Second, and much more unhappy about is a new scratch on my steering wheel.
Seems every time, without fail, when I get my car back there is a new scratch somewhere, sometimes more than one.
I don’t know why they can’t be more careful with others peoples cars.
I even mention when I drop it off and still it happens.
Almost like they do it in purpose, because I let them know I’m careful with my car.
It’s a problem and I really am getting sick of it. It’s not funny.
Tim, however, was very nice and in no way do I hold him responsible. It’s the guys inside the shop that are not careful.
Another thing I should mention, I have a visor attachment with personal items attached to it.
Every time my car is returned, it’s off, the pieces (sunglasses, garage remote, HC placard are placed somewhere on the console and one time they broke my TacVisor.
Why are they touching this in the first place?
I think maybe some additional training would be helpful so they are more careful and considerate with others peoples cars peoples property.

I believe you had over booked on that day. I would appreciate it if you don’t have enough time to let me schedule for
another day. The waiting time to check the vehicle in, service time, and even picking up the car were 15 minutes, 2 and a half hours, and 20 minutes. I think these times
are unacceptable.

I bought my truck from your lot and I’ve had almost every service at your location. This is my second Tacoma and my fifth Toyota and I am currently shopping other brands after being told I was better off trading in my truck than getting it fixed.
Personable, professional and thorough.
Michael is knowlegeable and helpful. He made me aware of the deadline on my warranty. He also got a young person to set up my GPS so the phone connects with my car. I would suggest him to anyone! He gets an A plus from this retired teacher.
Awful experience.
Came into for my 4Runner's 30,000 mile oil change - an appointment I scheduled over the phone a week ago. I show up at 8:15 am right on time, they don't have my appointment. They create one and tell me it's going to cost me money. I said no, when I bought my car from Right Toyota in September of 2024, I was given - in writing - 30,000 miles of service care, free. The guy says no, they don't honor that unless it's in writing and unless I have proof it's going to cost me. I say, everything is digital you can look it up. He tells me no, that's not his job. I will have to go in, flag someone down, find my documents I signed 17 months ago, print them out and bring them back over as "proof" that I don't have to pay.
I have never been given the run around and list of excuses like this before. Every Toyota I have bought, all 3 of them from this dealer, I have asked for 30K miles of service and never once since 2014 have I had to run in to the dealer to flag someone down to "prove it".
The service provider David said he'd do me the favor of putting my car in line for service but wouldn't service it until I had some documentation. I found someone who seemed as annoyed with service department as I was who came over and signed the paper saying I did have that coverage.
While waiting to find someone to talk to about the services, I asked to speak with someone about buying out my lease. I was told wait in the front and someone would be with me. I waited 15 minutes, standing in the front and no one came down to help with my questions. I walked away and went to sit in the lounge and no one followed up with me.
After waiting 3 hours for a routine oil change on a Tuesday morning, I had to call for a car update because I never received a text that my car was actually checked in nor a phone call with an update. When I called my service manager for an update, I got 25 rings and an automated message saying I could allow him to text me an update. Turns out the car was done, but I never got a call. This is the second time this has happened.
Now that my car has gotten its 30k miles of service I look forward to NEVER coming back to this location. When it comes time to buy out or trade in my lease, I will do whatever it takes to never use Right Toyota again.
I am SO disappointed with the dealership I have done all of my deals with as an adult who has bought all her cars from in the last 12 years!
