I got a ride because I was told it would take several hours. It only took 2 hours. That was great. However, I would have waited instead of getting a ride.
Also it took 15-30 minutes to update my Toyota app on my I phone. Very confusing. I think I got it.

Cody represented the dealership very well. The only hiccup in my experience there was related to the significant wait to get checked in and the accompanying wait for the service to be completed, which seemed unusually long.

Your phone bot system is an absolute nightmare. I called several times and waited in line, first I was told I was second, then I was notified I moved to first in line, then after 7 minutes of waiting I was sent to voicemail. Why make me wait on the line if you’re just going to send me to voicemail??? It makes no sense

In the online reservation I indicated I would be waiting. When I checked in with the service advisor I was asked if I would be waiting and I said yes. I asked how long the wait would be. I was told around 2 houes. I waited over3 hours. Once I looked for and found the service advisor. I was met with the statement "I didn't know you were waiting". Upon asking I was told my vehicle had not yet entered the service bay for service. I was then told that the vehicle would be there the rest of the day. I was given a free rental car and went home. I was called at the end of day and was told my vehicle would not be ready until the next week. It was ready Monday morning. Disappointing.
