There were several items overlooked. For example, on return of the vehicle, the internal overhead light was out. Also, the tires were rotated inappropriately. Ride deteriorated. Not certain of what was covered by my plan and what actual charges should be.

We could not get a response on whether our car was ready. My husband finally drove out there to get it between 4:00 & 5:00. I have trouble functioning after 3:00. He did give me a rental which was helpful to keep my appointments. It was very stressful for me. Barbara U
