Please note:Very happy with David. Questions re: tech service. Wire brush left in engine, next to battery. Negative battery terminal did not have cover put on. Also, past service should have caught the poor condition of this battery before I got stranded. Not this time, but in past lids for various fluids not all put back on after filling. Please impress upon your techs to have pride in their work. Thank you for asking.
