I brought my vehicle in after it would not start( and AAA performed roadesolide battery replacement ), I was told no issues were found. Now I've traveled up to Page and the same issue happened again. The car had to be towed to a repair shop. It’s been a very difficult vacation/road trip for my husband and me.
I referred a friend to Enrique , there were issues, ability to communicate with my friend, understanding the difference between a text message and a phone call. I had a good experience with my car, but disappointed that my referral had such a bad experience. I think there is a problem with customer care consistency.

Checkin took 20 minutes even though I arrived on time for my appt. Checkin person had no clue how to verify appt. Then, I specifically and clearly told service advisor to text me, not call me when my car was ready. He called and left a voice mail at 1 pm that my car was ready (I don't answer calls from nor listen to Voicemail from non contact list callers)
I ended up waiting an extra hour in the lobby. Fyi, I did ended texting him for status at 1:40, it took him until 2:15 to respond that it was.
How disappointing that your dealership can't even do basic service steps. Hope the service mechanics are more capable.

Didn’t clearly explain the leak found on the steering cover. Also the inspection report recommended 4 wheel drive service when I have a 2 wheel drive vehicle.

You guys fixed our air conditioner however when you removed the dashboard you disabled the backup camera and mic. I’ll be taking it to Bestbuy on Saturday where I bought the aftermarket stereo and dash cam from to see if the can fix it
My tire light on and I wanted that checked and fixed, that didn’t happen. It was on when I got into my car.
