Not very friendly experience when picking car up- service tech Enrique was not there and those who were there seemed more irritated to assist
Did not receive usual checklist of tires/brakes etc.
Matt was great. Amazing communication from beginning to end. Always satisfied when I bring my car in for service.

The service provided by Orlando the advisor was great as well as that of technicians and rental service rep. Jason. The cost however for a part that should be covered under warranty, considering poor design and protection. I should not have to worry about the smog filter canister getting randomly punctured by rocks on a casual drive down a well grated gravel road in a Tacoma pick up. That’s just unacceptable!
Felt David was thorough, reasonable and responsive.

FYI, although Devon has retired, he is my favorite Toyota Service Team member I've worked with since I started buying Toyota's in 1972.
