I originally bought my Rav from Right Toyota and will definitely consider coming back when I am ready for another vehicle.
Truc did an excellent job helping me. I had a tire blowout and brought my truck in on a flatbed. Despite a long line of customers waiting in line for service, she helped me throughout the entire process. I was in and out with no waiting at all. The return experience was just as good. I spoke with Truc, she clearly explained the paperwork, and I was on my way.
I didn’t buy my Toyota from this dealership, but I had a great experience.

I was told it would be two hrs. Before I knew what was going on with my air in my vechicle NOT 4 DSM HRS. And I had to ask twice what was going on !!! I finally asked for my vechicle back !!!! I hate going to right Toyota for service it stinks
Everyone including my service man Matt were patient and helpful to me. This was the first time I’ve have ever done this. In my younger days, the service people picked up my car and brought it back. The young man at the red umbrella was so nice to bring my car to me. The text showing me what was accomplished was very helpful. Thank you for removing that Experience Driver ad. Justin that checked me in and out was very welcoming but everyone else I interacted with specifically a guy from the detailing department had an attitude and told me the sales department essentially lied to me and they don’t do a free detail or new PPF that’s covered under my warranties.
