We brought our 2024 car in because of the service message on the dash and a text from Bell Toyota. We were asked to reschedule because your team was behind. We kindly accepted. In the middle the service we received a message with a laundry list of things needing done at costs. We approved the alignment then came to retrieve the car. Adrian had added an unapproved charge for an oil change. I questioned it and he said that my wife has “asked for an oil change.” When I brought her in to discuss, Adrian changed his answer to,” she asked for service which includes…” She had asked for you to address the message on the screen. I demanded my keys then Adrian accused me of wanting to steal from him. Then Adrian accused me of drinking. I asked why and he said I was slurring. That is a direct impediment from my neuropathy. Adrian wouldn’t retrieve a manager. When I persisted and got a sales manager Adrian said he’d just pray for the oil change himself. I would appreciate a follow up call. Robert Steele ****-****-xxxx

My appointment was at 6:30am & I arrived at 6:26am. I was the 2nd vehicle to be checked in & no other vehicles had arrived yet. My vehicle wasn’t done until 8:21am. & the only reason why it was done in that time is because I went to the office and asked when my car would be ready and miraculously now it was ready. If I hadn't gone to check to see why I was still waiting, my wait time could and would have very well been another hour or so. It makes no sense to me why any service would take that long concerning regular maintenance checks and an oil change. I never want to come back to Right Toyota. I feel mistreated and discriminated against. When it is time to trade my vehicle I will surely visit another Toyota dealer.

Chris is, without question, the best representative of any company I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. His professionalism, care, and attention to detail are exceptional, and he reflects incredibly well on Toyota. Please keep an eye out for my Google and Toyota customer reviews, because I have plenty more to say about how impressed I am with the service Chris provided. He is absolutely amazing.

The wait was super long. I got there at 2:45 my appointment time and didn’t get checked in until about 3:00. I waited for over 2 hours and finally checked to see what was going on since my vehicle was there for its 25,000 mile check which to my understanding is just rotating tires. I did have a couple staples in my tires so maybe that’s what took so long. Adrian is supposed to email me the paperwork. He knew I was ready to go so he went and got the car but I didn’t sign anything or see any paperwork about what they checked and worked on besides the tires. It makes you question what kind of service was done on the vehicle.

The service was fine. In my opinion the new AI appt setting and recommended service text are not quality customer service. I would have preferred totally to an advisor about recommended services prod and cons before having to decide on each rather than just check yes or no in a text message.

Oil leak on drain plug, service was performed on Friday the three day holiday weekend and I could not drive my car all weekend and had to bring it back in on the following Tuesday to have it fixed
