The service to the vehicle as far as I know was fine. There were other issues that I brought up about the vehicle that I discussed with David that were not addressed when the service was done.

The service techs were all very polite and approachable. The dealership is welcoming and comfortable. The appointment took three hours and I received no updates during the wait time. I finally went into the service area and asked for an update at the three hour mark. The person I spoke to said that my car happened to be on the top of the stack and I would have been the next to call. I think it might be helpful to notify customers when they drop off the car an estimated wait time and to provide one or two updates during the appointment - especially if the appointment will take longer.

The advisor Mike had me waiting almost 30 mins past check in time without an explanation why. My vehicle took almost 6 hours to have an oil and air filter changed. Also, I was not notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had to call two times to get a status on it and when I called the second time they advised my vehicle has been ready but they hadn’t been able to reach me. Overall this wasn’t the type of experience I would’ve paid for and will be taking my vehicle to another dealership to service it.
Tom does a great job of communicating and obviously prioritizes the customer experience. He is great to work with.
Michael was GREAT! He squeezed me in on a very busy day and took care of a safety issue the day before a 1500mi road trip. Took a huge load off my mind. EXCELLENT service.
Jackson signed me in as a walk in pretty late and I appreciate it very much. He was friendly and walked me through upcoming maintenance that I need to be doing which is very helpful. Overall a great experience today.

Your mechanic stripped and broke off all the fasteners that attach the plastic cover in front of the front skid plate. They also stripped one fastener that attached the front ski plate (the one you remove for an oil change). Now I am concerned other fasteners that were removed during my service are stripped. This is extremely poor workmanship. That front cover was only held on by the plastic attachment in the middle of the cover. Your mechanic needs more training. I will be very hesitant to have my vehicle serviced by Right Toyota.
