I was very satisfied with my service today.
Completely satisfied with the service to my 4Runner and the service advisor. But not happy that after spending over $1,400.00 that I notice greasy hand prints from the technician on the front and side hood and door panels. This is the 3rd time this has happened after picking up my vehicle. I know this was not intentional, but there should be some kind of check from the technician to make sure his hand prints are removed. I will remain loyal to Right Toyota, all I ask to please make sure vehicles are pre checked prior to releasing vehicles to the customers. Thank you and I hope someone from management calls me.

Roger was very good, but I spent $3,000 in repairs and drove away in a dirty car with a dirty windshield. Perhaps a small item. Perhaps a reflection of care.
Staff was unable to fix the suspension issue. It feels like they took an easy out and blamed alignment, which was off. The suspension is still messed up.
I gave them plenty of time, leaving the car overnight. I am livid with the lack of service, especially for the cost. This is why people don’t trust dealerships with maintenance.
I am unsure if anyone even visually checked the suspension because my tires were recorded at 36, 36, 36, 36. They are only at 33, 33, 34, 34.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I feel like I overpaid for alignment and tire rotation and nothing I actually asked for was fixed. This was a terrible experience.
If I trust you with my car overnight and you have all the parts to fix it, at least fix it.

Had an amazing experience! Took my vehicle to 2 other dealers prior and they were not able to figure it out. Right Toyota figured it out and I had amazing communication the whole time. Thank you so much!
