Roger is always polite, service-oriented, and kind. He explains what needs to be done clearly. It feels like he always puts the client first. I truly appreciate working with him.

I don't understand the process involved in a 20,000 mile service. It took two hours and 45 minutes to be performed which seems to me to be quite excessive or something seemingly simple

I think it’s great that you’ve been promoting Danny Vic because he’s amazing. And Orlando was very good today. I had to wait for him while he was on a phone call with a customer who is giving him a hard time and he was very patient and professional.
My 45k mile inspection took 7hrs. I understand there were staffing issues but they were never communicated to me. My vehicle arrived at 0700 and didn’t get touched until noon. Knowing this I would have happily left and came back later. But an hour job took 7.
Cody, recognized me from previous service visits. He arranged for having the vehicle serviced and returned later in the day. I’m pleased with the service from Right Toyota.

Truc was friendly, knowledgeable & had my tricked looked at very quickly. A claim was put in, new tire ordered & i was on my way with a new rental truck within 30 minutes
Excellent service from Robert. He informed me on the 1/2 day rental and the price and the updated time frame on the service. He notified me when the car was ready. It was great to know at 9am that the service will end after 3 pm instead of 1 pm. By 3:20 I received a text that my car was ready.

Great job overall on my vehicle. But. Roger called a few hours after I left telling me the cabin filter was never installed by the tech., even though I paid for it! Yes, very honest that the tech told Roger and that Roger told me. But I had to go back in to the service department to get the cabin filter installed. Very quick turn around. Again, I’m pleased my situation was straightened out, but it certainly shouldn’t have happened in the first place. No offer for any compensation? Maybe discounting the labor change that was not done until I had to return?
