Austin has a very good service agent and has treated us with respect and efficiency and all of our prior visits. He was not involved for what happened to us at all. We had an appointment at 9:30 AM to have our cooling system. Radiator flushed. Usually it takes about two hours to complete. I dropped off the car and called at noon to see the status and they hadn’t even taken it into the bay yet. I had a doctors appointment so I had to pick up the car and reschedule for next week. Your system should not allow an appointment if you cannot do the work at that time. It’s a great inconvenience at a waste of our time.

We have a Porche, an Audi and our Toyota and Matt Rich and the service team at Toyota provide by far the best experience of all three service departments. Your shop consistently gives us high quality work and top notch communication and customer service. I don’t think we have ever been left wondering what is going on with our Land Cruiser. Matt lets us know in a super timely way. It’s just all 10s across the board!

I had a coupon for a brake drain, flush, and fill for $149.00. My bill came to $171.00. I questioned it and he said it was because it was additional supplies like the paper they use to keep the car clean. I knew that was BS but didn’t want to make a scene. If this is what you tell your reps to do, you have no integrity.
Austin was very efficient in his handling of my auto repairs and was very professional in his knowledge of the work. He seems to be a very hard worker and an asset to Right Toyota.
