When I made my appointment by phone, I was told that the service should take 3 to 4 hours. When I arrived, I was told that it would take 4 to 6 hours. It wound up taking 9 hours, caused me great inconvenience, and shot my entire day. I very much resent the fact that wright Toyota so clearly over books.

Decided to help one of her “old clients” before me that was not even assigned to her. By the time she got to me she proceeded to try and upsell me after I already told her I was there for routine maintenance. I bought Toyota care when I bought the car because I don’t want extra expenses when I come in for routine maintenance.

I would’ve loved a call instead of just a text when my car was ready. The quote your vehicle is ready” text came the same time as the “we are still working on your vehicle” text. I sat there in an additional 20 minutes. No biggie, just some feedback.
I was surprised and unhappy my car was not washed upon pickup. On the positive side, the new text communication was helpful.

I purchased a maintenance package for $1,200 which I was told will cover the maintenance needs only to find out it only pays for oil change and tire rotation. I was given a report with a $1,200 bill to pay for various maintenance items.
Total disappointment!!!

Cody was great on 5/30/26, but I am requesting a refund for the oil change service on 5/23/26 due to the significant inconvenience caused by the incorrect work performed during my initial visit.
While Cody provided excellent customer service, I was required to return the following week because the oil change had not been completed correctly. As a result of the improper service, oil leaked from my vehicle and onto my garage floor.
This situation caused considerable inconvenience, requiring me to take additional time to bring my vehicle back for a second oil change. Additionally, my HOA has issued fines related to the oil leak in my garage.
I paid for a service that was not performed properly the first time, and the resulting issues have cost me both time and money. Given these circumstances, I believe a full refund of the original oil change service is warranted.
I appreciate Cody’s assistance in addressing the problem, but the inconvenience and consequences resulting from the initial service should not have occurred. I look forward to your prompt response regarding my refund request.
