I was treated with respect and professionalism. My questions were answered and I was kept informed along the way. I'm pleased with the service. The time it took to complete everything was actually earlier than the expected estimated time.
I was told 3 maybe 3.5 hours for my service…. That was at 7:30 am… my car wasn’t ready until nearly 3pm. There was no communication to notify my of the delay. When I checked status another representative told me it was almost done, maybe another 30 minutes (that was at 11:30). It’s fine if it’s going to take over 7 hours , but please don’t tell me 3 or 3.5 hours - I could have made other arrangements had I known it would take all day.

Our serv mngr wasn’t friendly/actially actually a tad rude. It made us wonder why they were done 1 1/2 early. Don’t get me wrong, we appreciate the timely service. But he was do curse we wondered what he was hiding. Wasn’t thrilled with our first service.
Very poor communication. Three unanswered calls or texts. Very pricey and the discounts offered were too low.
He did a great job and assisted me with fixing my windshield through my insurance. Was a very good experience.

Matt took my concern with note and fixed it. Since the day I purchased the vehicle my front right tire is continuously leaking air. Can not locate a nail or find the leak. Checked the valve core and couldn’t find anything. They dismounted the tire to find a nail. Patched and repaired.
David Banda was awesome. Thank you so much for taking good care of my vehicle and doing what needed to be done in a very timely manner. I wouldn’t take my SUV any place else for service. I thoroughly trust Right Toyota. Thank you again.

I did not receive an accurate answer when I asked my advisor about when my car would be ready. I left it at 9am and would have appreciated knowing it would take 8 hours instead of after lunch. Otherwise, the service was acceptable.
Few problems that were easily avoided. I would be happy to discuss them if you care enough to call.
