After a text saying my car would be done in 15 minutes… I waited for 45 min before approaching someone for help. It turned out I was forgotten… car had been done for awhile and I was never notified.

David Banda is amazing. One of the nicest, most honest, and reliable service members I’ve ever dealt with. However, I dropped my car off for service, I wanted to buy the used Porsche Cayenne that saw available online that was on the lot today, and that didn’t happen. I worked with AJ. Nice guy, but they sent me the wrong Carfax (for a Macan) and when I pointed that out, I just got a text saying it was sold. Very rushed, no attention to detail, no follow-up on if there are other cars I’m interested in. I’ve tried to buy 3 cars from Right Toyota, but the sales team members all have the same issues. Lack of detail, rushed, no real sales chops. Lastly, I still don’t understand why I can’t get my car detailed or even just the outside washed. Charge me whatever you want. I want my car to have its spa day so when I pick it up, I feel great about it. I don’t want ti make another stop after I pick my car up. I know that stopped in 2020, but when I take my other cars to other dealerships, I have such an amazing experience. To be fair, David did offer to wash the outside of my car today, noting that it’s not a regular thing, but when I picked it up, nothing had been done. Not his fault, but lack of follow through from whoever was overseeing it. Plus, I dropped my car off at 9:30 for an oil change and brake check. Why did that take 6 hours? Crazy… I never deal with this when I take my other cars to Penske. Love my Toyotas, but hate the service center and dealership experience.
My truck still has the same issues as before my service. I brought it in again and still has the same problem.
I fear now I will have to go to the dealer ai originally bought it from to use the extended warranty.
