Adrian was awesome. My insurance was being a huge PITA and Adrian managed the whole thing beautifully. He even noticed that my vehicle was due service soon and took care of that while the car was in his care. ADDITIONALLY, they also took care of an open recall and a sunshade that was defective. Truly excellent, encompassing service.

David and everyone I dealt with with professional polite and car was finished on the recall item way too quick I didn't get to read my book! Haha
The tech cracked the pin holding the glove compartment boxes when changing the cabinet filter and now the warning light for the passenger air bag (seat person with a cross and number 2) is constantly on. It flashes off for a second once the car is started but then comes back on indicating something is wrong bf with the airbag. I told my service advisor about this and he said it is normal. I told him that symbol has never been on. The “passenger airbag off” is usually but not the other. I need to bring my car back in after an internet search the symbol of the seat 2 and X constantly on indicate that is a warning sign for something not right.

Tim did a good job but when I left I saw "Settings" on dashboard and could not back out of it. Tried everything but cannot get rid if it.
Please have someone call or email instructions to get rid of that.
