I was not informed me car was done and service advisor left and I sat in waiting for over 2 hrs
They took to long at the valet. 30 minutes. Other customers got theirs in five. They forgot about me. I had to ask again.. then it came out after five minutes. Made me late for an appointment.
David was great. He was very upfront of what was happening. The lift decided it wanted to make may car into chitty chitty bang bang and not let it down. David offers a car for me to use, didn’t really need, so I have an oil change for later. It is not the problem but how it is handled. David was exceptional in the way it was handled. And you valets be.were all very outgoing and friendly. The one thing… I had no service on my cell inside the waiting area. The outside patio had wonderful cell service, but it was 105 outside. The shuttle driver was very kind too, though I didn’t not use the service he was friendly and remembered me from one day to the next. Just a good group of people.
Both recall items were fixed and they found and fixed the problem we have been having with the tailgate that three dealerships said was working fine. Grateful they solved this additional problem and got all work done timely.

I was treated with such respect and care by Adrian Jaramillo. He should be your employee of the month. My next service I will be requesting him.
I was unhappy with the customer service. I sat for over (3) hours with no update on my car. When I asked they told me the car was not even looked at yet-I would been sitting there all day/night until close if I didn’t ask. They then told me it would not be ready until the next day. I was told it would be ready by 10:00am. Arrived at 10:00 to be told service was not complete. Waited until 11:30. The cost of the service was very unexpected. Was quoted $170.00. Ended up being over $1100.00. Very disappointing experience.
Roger Terp is a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable team member. I can always count on him to do an excellent job.
I've had a few different svc advisors in the past and the two times David has helped me has been great. He's been super helpful answering my questions and knowledgeable about any needed repairs.
Service was fast, the service advisor was very communicative and I believe that I paid a fair price for an oil change. Thanks, will continue to come back for all services for my tundra.
