Tim was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the technicians would be checking on my RAV4. We also had a great conversation about hybrid vehicles, which helped me decide to rent one while my car was being serviced.

Roger was very thorough and knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. There does seem to be a problem in your system though as it did not recognize my vehicle as having been there for service numerous times though. The AI assistant scheduled my service appointment. Could this be the reason the system is not fully integrated? People are great. System needs work.

I live in Gilbert. I bought my vehicle at Wright Toyota. I will only take it to Wright Toyota. I like the people they’re very polite, very knowledgeable and have always explained to me anything that was going on with my truck when I was having it serviced great people.
I was sad to hear that toyota got rid of free oil change and checkup.
Also it would be nice for a veran discount on tires.

Tim has always been the best. Kind, honest,and makes you feel like a priority. He is straightforward and explains any issues or needed repairs very clearly. I only trust him as a service manager and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Ended up having to leave my car overnight despite dropping my vehicle off at 9 AM. I understand it had more service to do but I received no communication, I had to reach out to the dealership. After Adrian said he would reach out to me the next morning, he never did. I had to reach out to the dealership, and I was sent to voicemail twice before finding out Adrian took the day off. My car was not done til almost noon the next day, which I also received no communication about. I found out when I went into the dealership to retrieve my key card.
