Dealer back home washes your vehicle. You’re a high end dealer, you should include this at each visit. AI assistance is worthless imo. People want to talk to a person.

I was never told that I had a slash on one of my tires that was down to the wire, we only discussed tire wear and he felt all my tires were in the yellow area...nothing about the slash

David is awesome and has been my "GO TO" guy for my 2023 Tundra for years. He treats me as if I am the most important customer at Right Toyota. I wish management at Right would recognize this talened employee who is so customer-focused its truly commendable. I recommend he be selected as employee of the month, no Employee of the Year!! Right should give this man a upward career track to permit him to grow and contribute more to the store's success. It would serve Toyota well to recognize his talents.

Jr is the BEST. Very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and makes me feel everything is good with my car. If Jr ever went to another Dealer, that’s where I’d go. FYI I drive 60 miles round trip to Right Toyota.
