I was coming back to Right Toyota after a hiatus and was not impressed with all of the changes being made. I brought in a list of services so I would not have to say no I don't need that and instead, Tim, assumed I didn't want anything else done, and had not contacted me to change a filter and instead didn't. Luckily when he called to tell me the car was ready we caught it, but it gives me pause. Then as we were leaving a got an "important tire message" text that had nothing for me to review. I messaged back and it went unanswered. Don't provide a service and tell me to message back with questions and then don't answer them. The biggest issue was the pick up service. I called at 12:30 to arrange and male voice asked me to text. I did and asked for a pick up after 1:30. At 2:30 I messaged asking for an ETA. At around 2:50 I called Tim and he called someone and at 2:57 a woman called to tell me she was on her way. She was communicative and apologetic for her colleague, who ghosted me. Then she picked up someone at Hobby Lobby down the street, and instead of dropping us off took as BACK the other direction past Tatum on Pinnacle, adding at least 30-minutes to the process. The person was not even ready when we got there. This was a ridiculous amount of time I wasted on my Friday afternoon, resulting in no work being completed by me, which meant I had to work over the weekend, while your driver who ghosted me, did whatever. This is not the experience you want to give someone who left and came back because of Danny Vick and his support earlier this year with a car battery. Danny and I spoke and I appreciated his words and what he did to discount my service, but how can there be trust if you hire people who make assumptions and don't properly communicate regarding the pick up and drop offs. I know it is a nice service, but if you are going to do it. You need to do it right. Since Danny will know who this is, feel free to reach out to me and let me know how you will earn my return. One of the reasons brought my car in besides the oil change was because my tire pressure light kept coming on as well. I picked it up Rodger helped me and said everything looks great and everything all checks out and specifically told me all tires are set to 36psi. All 4 tires are still at 28psi. Just wonder what else actually never gets touched when you say it looks good.

Five and a half hour wait for a scheduled appt and we were 4 miles out of drop off range for shuttle so they refused to take us home. When we picked the car up, Jr wasn't around to explain what was done or if there were any recommendations of part replacements.

Why no car wash? Every other vehicle I've ever had has always gotten a car wash when it went in for service. Also, my wait time for my advisor was a little long.

I want to reschedule my truck.. I want Enrique to sit in the truck while I drive it so I can show him and he can listen.. In Oct 2025 I bought my new Tacoma from your dealer. When I rurn on the AC thr is a high pitch noticeable whistle sound. From the blower motor? From the AC.Is constant while the AC is on. The volume is low but the pitch is high. I explained to Enrique. 6 hours later I picked up my truck. Enrique said could not reproduce the sound. But as soon as I started to drive home I was able to reproduce it. Jackson was really nice and went to some trouble to explain why the Toyota experience was 3 hours for a Toyota recall item. I have sent previous letters (a few years ago) with my frustration with service at Toyota. Jackson only bright spot along with latte and tuna salad from machine.

David Marentes is my only service person that I trust at Right Toyota! He went over every item on the inspection list and kept the car over night to allow the tech to complete the entire job. I am glad that everything was addressed and hope this service will let me drive this car for at least another 60,000 miles. Thanks for the great service and work done by Tech Matthew Smith! Gary Z
