I had no problem at all with the advisor, Adrian. However, when I picked up my truck, There were papers and other items that were in my glove box that were just thrown on the floor. There was also a dirty red shop rag left on the passenger seat floor as well. Obviously, the technician changed the cabin filter and accessed my glove box to do so. However, he was extremely sloppy with putting items back in its place in the glove box.

The main reason I went to the dealership was to fix a shaking steering wheel. It ended up that I needed much more than that, which is fine. Trevor was good, nothing against him. But when I got my truck back the steering wheel was still shaking. But after paying $5,500 roughly I would hope that it would be fixed. Unfortunately it still shakes. Left a voicemail, sent a text. Hopefully it can be resolved quickly.
Service took over 4 hours to be completed. And that’s with arriving on-time for a pre-scheduled appointment.

The rep was great but I was disappointed to see you charge for even water. In this Arizona heat that seems like poor hospitality. If customers give you the trust and loyalty of maintaining their vehicle you could provide an experience better than a cheap auto shop.

I did not end up getting any work done on my truck because I thought the 20,000 mile oil change tire rotation was free, turned out it's only good for 2 years. I was disappointed in that I did not know that I thought it was 3 years 36,000 miles but the service manager truk was very forthcoming and I appreciated her researching it and letting me know that it was not covered before any cost was incurred. I appreciate her following through so that I would not get billed.
