I waited for 1 1/2 hours and didn’t hear anything from a representative. When I walked out to check on it myself, the paperwork appeared and I was able to go. I’m quite certain that an oil change shouldn’t take an hour and a half.

Scheduling was so easy. I’m the guy that screams operator when the virtual agent tries to help me. Yours is good. No issues. Easy in and out for drop off. Free rental was great and unexpected. Quick pickup. Everyone I talked to including Tim was great. If I had to come up with one improvement, it would be nice to run it through the car wash after spending $6k.

Tim always does a wonderful job. Communication is the key. The appointment I had was not clear about how long it was going to take. I was very patient and left the vehicle but it took over 3 1/2 hours for one procedure. I will continue to go to Right Toyota. I have purchased two vehicles there.

Orlando was fine until I asked him to give me an idea of my car’s value. When I arrived to pick up my car at the service area,, Orlando was not at his desk. The next thing I found myself confronted by a salesman who was less the cordial. I did not request him to appear and in an abrasive way, he took over. If and when I decide to replace my car, i am not sure that I would limit my search to just Right Toyota. I did not feel that way until today.
