The technician and people who pull the cars back need to pay more attention. Sat for almost 3 hours for an oil change because the tech did the wrong car first. Technician on bill was Nathan from David banda’s team. David Banda tho 5/5

1. I used shuttle. He told me the shuttle was just leaving and would pick me up in 15 minutes. That didn’t happen. Then later I get a text that the shuttle would pick me up in an hour. That didn’t happen. Then I got a text that the shuttle would be there in 40 minutes. Then I get a text that they would pick me up in 15 minutes.
2. When I arrived to pick up my car Jackson had someone at his desk. I waited in line about 10 minutes and finally realized Jackson was on his phone playing. I spoke up and realized the person in line in front of me was another Toyota employee who was also playing on his phone. I got a rude response when I interrupted Jackson telling me I just needed to speak up. Customer Service was a zero today.

Junior is helpful and courteous as usual. He is always able to get me in and out of the shop as quickly as possible.

Called Right to schedule replacement of car key and learn how much it would cost. . When I got to service department I was told the job would cost more than $150 more than I had been quoted. What steps will you take to prevent something like this from happening again.
