I was mostly satisfied with my experience. Cody and staff were kind and communicative through the whole process. Repairs went well for the most part, but I was left with a big windshield crack on driver side that was not present before drop-off. Up to now, and still, I have been happy with Right Toyota, and have had great experiences with service center overall.

The advisor approached my truck, didn’t make eye contact, asked me my name, never introduced himself. I told him my issue that my truck cameras were not working. I’ve only had the truck a week. Told me a warranty issue. Called me two hours later and told me that the calibration would be 600 bucks because my truck was lifted. He obviously saw my truck was lifted when I pulled in and the description of what my problem was. I denied the services come to find out when I went to pick it up, he told me the tech did it without knowing you didn’t want the service to your benefit and tossed the paperwork on the counter. He knew my truck had a big lift on it when I came in, why not specify that this wouldn’t be covered instead of wasting my time traveling back-and-forth to pick up the truck
I feel he was bothered by my problem. I’m used to Penske which is a little more customer driven!

When I complained 3 weeks ago Junior told me it was a known and acceptable artifact with all Tacomas but adjusting it would reduce gas mileage. This time I was informed that it was a lower control arm bushing that really needed to be replaced, that they could do it immediately, and that would cost $1750, and that the technician tightened the control arm which would help until it got replaced. The problem went away when the Toyota technician tightened it, so I took it to my trusted and competent mechanic who found nothing wrong with the control arm. I will report this to the better business bureau.
Tim did an excellent job dealing with my 35K Mike service and explaining everything that they did and what they recommended in the future to keep my Highlander in great shape.
We had brought my truck in for a recall, the service department overbooked the recall mechanics, I was not notified therefore we had to reschedule the appointment. After I had arrived at the dealership. It was just a waste of time and gasoline. I do understand these things happen.
I expressed a genuine issue, and was told that not enough people have said there is an issue for them to investigate further. Very disappointing.
