Roger was fine, but when I make an "appointment" somewhere, I expect you to have a mechanic, dentist, doctor, that is going to immediately get on with the job, and not leave me in the damn waiting room for 2 hours, upon which I found out nobody had even started on it. I left after 2 hours with nothing done, after driving all the way down from Anthem. You guys ****. Take me off you mailing list.

It was for a recall appt. Took a long time but I was made aware it might. I had to wait for the vehicle. Might be nice to have a car to be able to drop you off somewhere.
