Roger has been my service advisor for probably a decade. It's very hard to come across one that's honest and can be trusted not to try and sell me services i don't need. He's been great and I sincerely appreciate having him as my advisor. You need ALL your service staff to be like him. He's your go-to role model for customer satisfaction.

As I handed my car to the service representative, he indicated that they were backed up 2 1/2 hours or so but he would try and get my car to me sooner. The car was returned about an hour later which is acceptable and much better than my last visit

The black haired gentleman wearing white leather Nike shoes and wayfarer sunglasses just stood around with his hands in his pockets chatting with other workers the whole time. I never saw him actually do any work or help a single person.
