Orlando was very professional and informative when we confirmed our appointment. Our son handled the service appointment (it’s his truck) and had an excellent experience - the check-in representative, Orlando were nice and the waiting area were all very nice and efficient.
Advisor was great. Knowledgeable and friendly.
I didn’t like that they changed all my AC settings and adjusted and moved my seat settings. They also made a mess of my glove box. Everything was moved and tossed around. When I pick up my car, I want it to be the same way I left it.
I was very satisfied with Adrienne as a service advisor and the work done. However I was very dissatisfied with the fact that my $4000, platinum, bumper to bumper warranty, didn’t cover a known issue these years of trucks are having with the fuel system. You would think that Toyota would use to chase the customer as opposed to chase the dollar. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support regarding my #Warranty and it’s ability to cover a nationwide issue with these years.
I was told I would have a ride home and the shuttle driver said he had to drop me off at a grocery store and then my wife had to come pick me up. It was four miles away. I had to wait to find a person to check me out when my car was finished.

I waited about an hour and a half or one hour 45 minutes for my oil change. At my last appointment, I left, checked my tires and they were not inflated to the correct inflation. I specifically asked that that be done this time mentioning the last time it was not. I checked my phone app, which showed the tires were not correctly. Inflated when I went to get my paperwork and leave. I told the service man I believe his name was Mike that my app showed the tires were not incorrectly inflated and asked that that be done. Upon getting in my car, I pulled over in your parking lot to check my tires and they were indeed not correctly inflated to 38 pounds as Mike told me they would be and was on the paperwork. I took the car back and they inflated the tires for me. I called your service manager and left him a message today asking him to call me back. He did not the fact that the tires were not correctly. Inflated leaves me wondering if anything else was done correctly. This all makes it very difficult for me to trust your service Department at all I would appreciate someone contacting me at ****-****-xxxx I think inflating tires should be a really simple thing to do and should be done every time without a customer having to recheck that and wonder if their oil was indeed changed or any of their other fluids checked, etc. sincerely Elizabeth M
Everything with my truck is great except for the peeling clear coat that started on the roof and now is on the hood and doors. This peeling started just after the vehicsl was 3 years old.We would like to trade it in, but due to this issue I am reluctant to buy another Toyota.
the service center was great, the call to see if I wanted to sell the camry was rude and intrusive. it would have been acceptable before service, but since the car is in great shape and works well after spending the cash on service why would I want to buy a new one? Toyota is forever cursed by being too good, respect people's boundaries and try to make a sale before being told the car is good to go. learn to lean into your quality at the right time.

Jackson was very responsive to my questions and left me comfortable with my future service schedule.
I brought my car in to have the air bag sensors replaced, due to a recall. The job was done in a timely manner. However, on the passenger side the headrest was removed and not put back on. I’ve tried to replace this headrest myself but am unable to do so because i cannot move the controls to push the seat forward/back or up and down. They seem to be stuck in place. Due to this problem it is not safe to have a passenger in that seat. I am stuck at home with a head cold and fever. Please send a mechanic to my home to fix this problem which the Toyota mechanic created. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx. Dorothy L
