I got a text message with the full report. A phone call letting me know to view the report and to come talk to service manager would’ve been great. After receiving tbe text message, there is tons of ambiguity on what happens next. Are they performing all maintenance in the report? Are they supposed to call me and let me know what needs to be done? Do I sit and twiddle my thumbs for hours until I go in and talk to them myself? There needs to be more consistency in the process and a phone call letting me know 1. The car has been looked at and here’s what needs to be and 2. The car is finished please come see me for payment. This needs to be done by the service manager and was poorly executed today.

Came in for a service, oil change and tire rotation, talked to the service advisor about another problem with the truck, at 60mph front end is shaking when braking. Assume it’s glazed rotors or warped. Said she would need the truck for the full day. Tires are coming off the truck anyways for the rotation have a mechanic spend 15mins and look over the brakes. Or check the balance on the tires to see if one is out of balance. Nope let’s reschedule. When I picked up the truck here’s your paperwork no explanation if tires out of balance, got a video showing brakes with what assume is the measurement on them but no explanation of what full new measurement is or what the half span if left on them. Left the dealership and had to turn around because the wheel lock key wasn’t put back into the truck console where I left for them to do the rotation. Kind of a big deal. No comment take the truck doesn’t have a skid plate or anything under the truck as I removed it because last time whoever installed it stripped two of the bolts so I had to retap them and replace the bolts. Didn’t want that to happen again. Now I’m a person who likes to do his own work on his vehicle and understand it’s hard to get good help. But the above things could be very easily addressed. I will not be using the dealership for anymore service work as I’m out of the paid for service from the purchase of the vehicle.

My service advisor did a great job, but the computer was down so I didn’t get any diagnostic results. I would like to know if I need new tires, brakes or whether my vehicle has immediate maintenance/safety needs.

I was referred to Tim by my mom. I found him to be extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Tim referred me to Moussa who went Auer theutensfor an optiat this in even in reign ar i trustworthy and knowledgeable. I've had some pretty lousy experiences in the past with cars, salesmen.This last visit, was not one of them. See you for the next oil change!

I made an appointment for 1:15pm my car wasn’t ready until almost 4pm that’s almost 3 hours for a simple oil change! If you were that backed up you should have offered a uber or let me take a car so I didn’t have to spend my Saturday at your dealership. I owned a Honda prior and oil changes only took 30 minutes! No excuse to be over 2:45 minutes for something that simple also I asked for a issue with my weather striping around my sunroof and there was no fix I want someone to contact me to figure out how to fix it it’s a brand new suv I just purchased end of November!
