I’m supposed to be a Concierge Client. I made an appt and it took me 2 hours to have my oil changed.
There was an issue with the glove box after they replaced the cabin filter. The pin holding the box got cracked. I told my service provider about it, he told the service manager, and they replaced the box. Great customer service. My service agent even did the exchange himself in front of me. Thank you.
As always, my service was quick and seamless. Adrian heard my concerns about my noisy brakes and ordered replacement parts for my next visit. I live in Chandler but purposely bring my vehicles to Right because the service has always been excellent with all of my Toyota vehicles.
You use ai to make appointments but then when I arrived I did not have an appointment. Service receipt said my tires were adjusted to 36 pounds but they were still at 45.

I am filing a complaint about my recent visit. I came in for a key and declined the fuel pump recall because I was short on time. I was still made to wait a few hours, then told the recall was completed anyway without my permission
My personal schedule was complete chaos, and between Jr Qasemy & Dave Mohrmann, they got my 90k service done well, done right, and within a timely fashion. Both Jr & Dave went above and beyond, and I am grateful for, and most satisfied with, their expert & professional attention to detail, not to mention, their commitment to excellence.
