Grace was very helpful, very wonderful in all the questions that I had asked her upon check in! She goes over and above helping you! I would definitely want her to be helping me again and it seems I will be coming back in the near future (and hopefully there is a coupon to use for that big purchase????) as it was pointed out, it was suggested to me to get new tires so I will definitely want Grace assisting me again at that time! She already printed out for me the tires that are available for my car and the cost for each brand! that was very helpful ! She is very pleasant and wonderful to work with! Thank you Grace! Zach provided me with answers to my questions about the services they were providing. Asked me to come up to drive the car to see if I could replicate the issue I was having since they could not duplicate it. I had a lot of things done at the same time and all was done in a timely manner and so far my car is running smoothly.

I really appreciated the patience from him while I tried to explain the Kia Connect app issue. It was something that easily could have been brushed off and pushed to yet another appointment, but he stuck with it and I am able to use that again. The best part was the quick communication back and forth throughout the day. Thank you!

Asked for oil change coupon & was told they were either mailed out to emailed. I did not receive one either way. The cashier did ask someone over her and answer was no. U have got to be kidding. Advised cashier that I didn’t not know I had a brake recall until I called for oil change appointment. At that time, I was asked if I wanted to schedule by recall the same time as my oil change. A brake recall is very scary. I would have called immediately to schedule. As most people know, there is a postal problem. Some areas don’t get mail for days or weeks. At any rate, the oil change coupon refusal has ruffled my feathers.
