No one informed me that my vehicle was ready to pick up. I called and hour before they closed, left a message and still got no call back. I had to wait till the following morning and get dropped off and ask if my vehicle was finished.

I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday August 19th. I dropped my vehicle off at close on Monday. I was unaware of a 48hr delay which left me without a vehicle for over a week. There was no form of accommodation offered on my behalf. I will most definitely check other options before returning my vehicle to this location for services in the future.

It took way too long. I was offered a lousy $50 discount. When I setup the appointment I was clear I had to return to work. I had to use vacation time. NOT HAPPY.

I came in without an appointment, but everyone was friendly and accommodated me. I had just purchased the car Saturday night and on my way home the tire pressure warning light came on. Sunday morning the pressure had gone down even more. I came to the service center to be sure there was no nail or other puncture in the tire. All checked out. Love my Seltos!
