Semir was very helpful. But whoever was responsible for bringing my car to me after it was serviced is incompetent. I had to wait 25 minutes because he couldn’t figure out how to start the car (sort of understandable because it’s an old Volvo. But when I got home, I noticed that the hood wasn’t fully closed. I opened it and saw that the battery cover hadn’t been put back on, preventing the hood from completely closing. Not a major thing but indicative of the shoddy service I’ve had before from Kia.

Kayley is AMAZING She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident from the moment I arrived. She is friendly and a wealth of knowledge. She continually updates and checked on me. She explained each and every step. I really appreciate Kayley for this. Also Tammy spent extra time helping me to get my app to work properly. It shouldnt take 3 months to fix a vehicle. It cost me lots of time and money not having my truck and using a small rental instead. Yes my warranty covered all of this but hopefully you guys can do a better job to ensure this doesn't take so long for the next person.

It shouldn't take 3 months to fix a vehicle. It cost me lots of time and money in my daily life not having my truck. Yes my warranty covered this but this was a terrible over all experience. I hope there can be quicker solutions and better experiences with kia in the future.

The service technician was great. Treated well as always and didn’t have to wait long. The problem is scheduling on the app. It is not user friendly and my 36 month service plan does not reflect in the app. You have multiple interfaces to schedule, and it makes it more confusing. After I scheduled over the phone I was still getting reminders to schedule my service. The app needs improvement. Suntrup Kia has been great though.

Communication from Chad was almost non existent. I called once Thursday, and then received a text outlining the work that needed to be done on the car. I called 5 times Friday to see when my car would be ready, only received a text around 5:55PM, telling me my car wouldn't be ready till early Monday morning. I called Monday around 11:30, and left another message trying to find out when my car would be done. 2 hours later I received a text that you were starting to work on my car, and then around 3, I received a text that my car was ready.

I was given and estimate cost of $20 even though my tires were covered under the Kia warranty. When I arrived I was surprised to get a bill for $159 left by Semir. When I asked for a correction Semir was home was the team on site corrected his error. I wouldn’t have mentioned anything except this is the second service appointment I’ve had with Semir including mistakes and miscommunication. The rest of the Suntrup team has been wonderful to work with.

The lady checking me in was very nice. Two weeks prior to my appointment, I had called stating my horn, was broken on my kia Sole. I still had a thousand miles left on my car, but the horn needed to be fixed. One and a half hours later they had changed the oil in the car, but didn't have the part for the horn. Once again, I stated, I would be traveling over thanksgiving. Across state. They then decided to order the part for the horn and wanted to reschedule me. I do not live down the street. I am an hour and a half away from the dealership . Who pays for that gas?And my inconvenience and time, not to mention the safety of not having the horn that I had pre ordered two weeks prior. Reminds me of the old saying one hand does not wash the other!
