When I dropped the car off I asked if they would make sure the car was fully charged. When I arrived to pick up my car it was not charged. I was I was told when I leased the car that anytime the car was in for service or if I was in the area, I could come in to get a charge. Since I was retired this was part of the pitch that convinced me to get the car. I was told by the repair technician that this was not true. In any case I expect to receive what was offered to me by suntrup salesman. I'm finding out more and more that I was deceived about many things. The technician and advisor was very courteous and pleasant and accommodating at this visit

Thank you for your quick responses and help getting our car looking good again. I was disappointed our 60k 2 year old car had all of the trim falling off nearly every door, but Suntrup Kia got us in, recall replacement parts ordered, us in a rental and our car back to us in less than a week! Very satisfied with their service and response time!

I think I should have at least been given a discount if not a free repair for the damage done to my car by someone attempting to steal it because Kia Souls are now known for being easy to steal, whether my year actually is or not. Theives are dumb and don't know model years. It has definitely soured me on the Soul, when this was my third one. My next car will not be something known for being easy to steal. That's for sure.

Service part was great. However it took over 20 minutes and me asking numerous times until our car was finally brought around to us. Just seems internal communication isn’t great.

Brought my outstanding Kia sorento with only 79,997 miles in for simply for programming of ECM module for greater fuel efficiency. I had brought this vehicle in for the other historical recalls and the recall work went quickly and with expertise. This time, Suntrup told us they needed the vehicle all day so we had to drop it off. They did send a video of what the service person did however we were never called not texted that it was completed. I finally called suntrup and left a message for the manager to call us back with info on when we could come get car. Never received a call back. Finally called again and left a second message while leaving message she called . Point is this time our service recall was inferior to all other recalls . When we reached suntrup to pick car up at 4pm Still had to wait 30 to 40 min for our car . My husband had question about being sure the service person put the bolts back on the plate that prevents things from getting to the engine because we have experienced sometimes car maintenance places leave some bolts off. Manager and service person had no idea what we were talking about!!!!! We wonder, is this dealership having new hires? Hmmm Additionally with the recall supposedly being the purpose of our visit, the biggest dealership concern was we needed to have a gasket replaced for over $800. We of course are glad to know about gasket need but you lost our business when no one called us about car being completed AND you kept our car from 10am until 4:45pm just for “supposedly a recall of computer re programming. Everything witnessed showed us no one cared about our very nicely kept and excellent Kia sorento car of which we enjoy using!!!! And everything experienced seemed disorganized. David and Janice M

I did notice an issue...even after I asked for all fluids to be checked and my service sheet said they did. They didn't not. My service sheet also said they changed my oil and oil filter. My car is electric and doesn't have oil or an oil filter. Please let me know when I can bring it back for coolant to be added

Greeted promptly upon arrival. Explained why I was there & was told about expected service time. Service team completed repairs in less time than expected and received a video from service tech & a brief explanation of one suggested service needing attention in a month or two. Great service, professional and friendly!

We scheduled to has our vehicles oil change, tire rotation, and windows tinted. We dropped it off at 11am and was contacted a little after 5pm that it was finished. I spoke with our salesman man at 3pm and he advised the tint guy was going to pick it up for tint at 330 and service will contact us when complete. I followed up with our salesman when we picked the vehicle up and found the windows were not done even after being there the entire day and he said he would find out why and get back to me. I am still yet to hear back from him. This is the first vehicle I have purchased from your dealership and I purchased the oil Change package. Im very disappointed in the service and follow up this far. Salemen sell the first vehicle and service sells the follow vehicles and this is not going to sell future cars. In short the failed service completion, lack of follow up, and extended timeline for only completing an oil change is very disappointing. I would like to hear back from the owner of the dealership.

I dropped off my car at 7:30am, I was the first person there. All I needed was a tire repair because there was a piece missing from the side, not enough to cause the air to release, but since the weather is cold I figured it would be best to reinforce the tire with glue, I even said that I would be fine if it was too much damage and needed to be replaced. I got a call at 4pm, almost 9 hours later, with them saying they wanted to keep it over night because they didn’t see any air leaking out, and wanted to see what it does overnight. I then said the tire has been like this for a week, there is no air leaking out, I just wanted to reinforce the tire because of the weather, and then they disregarded what I said and told me they wanted to replace 3 tires because I have a new tire (from like 5 months ago) and the traction will be off and could mess my car up, but they would have more information for me tomorrow. Except I know it is very common to buy tires in pairs, so if that was really a concern why didn’t you just replace the messes up tire and then rotate them so that the new ones are in the back and the older ones are in the front? and why did you wait the entire day to do anything and then try to scam me into buying 3 new tires when I only needed one? Then I told him I cannot leave it over night because I have to work, so then he told me that I will still have to pay 30$ for them to literally do NOTHING to my car, because I am paying for the mechanic’s “time”. Last time I checked Kia pays the mechanics, not the customer. I am extremely disappointed because I was hopeful I had found a place that didn’t scam their customers, but I was wrong.

I wish I could have seen it before hand. I never saw one this small. The one I used to have was larger and easier to use. No demonstration on how to use. Just on paper. I don't like how small it is..

Could not reach my Advisor Grace to inquire about my car, I left two messages for her and one message for the service manager and no one returned my calls. And I was unable to speak to a live person to get someone to help. They were all recorded voices. So it was impossible to reach the service department via a live person. Which is just stupid. We have purchased three Kias from your dealership, but we will not do so again. Today was the worst service call ever.

It was said I have an oil leak in my video from the tech. I have no spots in my paved driveway. Since getting my car back I now have spots and my oil light keeps coming on.

Services were added on to my vehicle that I never asked for or approved. The service advisor did waive them so that took care of the issue. I was told my car was washed and vacuumed and it is so filthy. When I picked up my vehicle I now have a very tiny crack in the windshield that I did not notice before that I now have to take care of. Every time I bring my vehicle to get serviced I have always had an issue. If I did not have the maintenance package I would not bring my car back here.
