I was not pleased with the night drop off process. When I dropped off the car Sunday night, 3/1, there were no envelopes in the box. I had to drive down to Suntrup Hyundai to get envelopes. I also am not impressed with the slot to drop the envelope with the car keys, as it is not secure. Anyone opening the box could easily get access to the envelopes and steal a car. At the Hyundai dealership they have a story in the entry door to the service area to drop the keys for security.

Well, I have to be honest Kayley saved the whole transaction in a way, super friendly, super helpful, which was very needed after Jud told my husband on the parking lot, but he didn’t give a **** about losing a sale if we bought another car there. But all in all my problem was not fixed because I’m being told my car is out of alignment which could’ve happened in manufacturing, but yet not covered by warranty So while Kayley did everything she could to help rectify the situation with jud my car is still not repaired
