I can’t say enough about Braylon. He explained everything thoroughly, responded quickly through text and calls when I had questions, and was always kind, respectful and professional. Was the vents on the a/c O.k. It was mentioned on the paperwork that due to the age of the car there might have a potential problem with the a/c. The a/c seems to be O.k. Thanks Tony.

I was in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours. That’s ridiculous. I had an appointment at 11:15. No logical reason to wait that long to get my car back.

No issue with Anthony, he was very good and understood my issues. The problem was with previous visits where I paid for things I had a plan for. Anthony took that into account and resolved it. Previous advisors didn’t care and made me over pay.
