Advisor, Called to tell me my alternator would cost right at $1800.00 in his second breath he is telling me about more repairs & cost, after telling me $1800. Ridiculous…..Instead of tell me later when I picked up the car. I called and left him two messages, he never returned my call. I drove over the next day after I left second call. It was the worse experience I’ve had at Toyota. Pricing is outrageous….charged like 4 hrs labor, on 3 different Goggles they say the most it's 2 hrs at most for an experienced mechanic…..so sad.

For the first 2 hours and 30 minutes no one told me what was going on. I came in for a simple oil change. It seems that you guys scheduled too many cars on the same day. You guys need to do better.
Tony is always great when I bring my car in. Also, the music playing while waiting for vehicle is way above comfortable level. Thought I was in a nightclub for how loud it was.
Tony always sees that I get first class service. Work on my vehicle is excellent.
Alan was very courteous and efficient in the sign in process. I have been a Lithia customer for 49 years. Your customer service lounge exceeds the accommodations provided by the airlines. Extremely comfortable and the coffee bar was quite impressive. The cleanliness was very appreciated. In the future, a 2 hour wait for my 6,500 mile oil change will require me to preschedule in the very earliest time slots to make best use of my time. Overall, your store was impressive and can proudly wear the Lithia label!

I trust Billy like a Brother, he knows I love my Tacoma 110%, he also knows I've taken care of it since I bought it brand new. The expectation is there and Billy Always comes through with 110% and above expectations!! During inspection they found the central bearing was breaking apart, battery failed, this is why I trust him like a Brother and trust his Technicians the same. I'm so Thankful for Billy and will continue to bring both my Tacoma and my Wife's 4Runner to him!

I always service my vehicles at the dealership! I had an oil change coupon that came from bell road Toyota for $39.95. And my bill comes out to over $77.00 with tax so almost double what the coupon says!! Also, i just a got receipt and not a multi point inspection of my vehicle like you used to! I know other Toyota dealerships do that!! Also what’s the point of making an appointment when there were all ready 6 vehicles in front of me waiting to get an oil change! It took almost two hours until I got my vehicle back!
It took lot of time 6 hours for just oil change and basic inspection
And when I went other Service center they do power wash for Vehicle ????
